Join us for our 1st Annual Dinner and Silent Auction Fundraiser in The Brick Cellar of the Dairy Market to celebrate the important work Birth Sisters of Charlottesville (birthsisterscville.org) provides to THIS community! We'll take a moment to lift up this sacred work, and raise funds so this support in our community can continue!
We will hear about the impact of doula work from three different perspectives! We'll get to see doula work through:
- The lens of the founder of a doula agency and current member of the Board of Directors for Mom Congress.
- The lens of a past BSC Mom who after being supported by a BSC doula decided to train and is now a practicing BSC doula herself.
- The perspective of a current BSC husband and wife who recently experienced what BSC doula support is like.
