Our goal is to raise $300,000. This vital funding will allow us to:

• Offer sliding-scale and no-cost doula services to families who need them most.
• Train and support more community-based BIPOC doulas.
• Expand our advocacy work to dismantle systemic maternal health disparities.
• Ensure that every family we serve experiences dignity at every dilation—from the first contraction to the final push and beyond.

Our Impact: Rooted in Community, Proven by Results

Since our incorporation in 2020, our work has been driven by a single goal: to ensure every BIPOC family in our community experiences pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with safety, dignity, and joy. The support of donors like you has made this impact possible:

• Provided compassionate, full-spectrum perinatal support to over 150 BIPOC families, and touched much more through community education and outreach programs.
• Celebrated overwhelmingly positive outcomes, including zero maternal losses among our clients. We have also navigated pregnancy and infant loss with families, providing sacred grief and bereavement doula support. The outcomes for our clients stand as a powerful testament to the model of community-based, culturally congruent care.
• Facilitated over 100 visits to our Welcome Womb Boutique, providing free essential pregnancy, postpartum, and infant items to mothers in need.
• Invested in our community's future by funding doula training for over 44 BIPOC women, creating a pipeline of compassionate care providers. We are incredibly proud that 7 of these trainees are now Virginia State Certified Doulas, expanding access to trusted, culturally-rooted care across our region.
